Having both spent the greater parts of their careers behind the curtain in professional theatre, as a Stage Director and Musical Director respectively, Victor and Kevin resonate with L. Frank Baum’s famous line in The Wizard of Oz when the eponymous wizard proclaims, “Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!”

As creators, it is only the stories Victor and Kevin tell, and how they tell them, that they want you to notice. Being lost in the magic that is the world of musical theatre: drawn into the lives of multi-layered characters inhabiting wondrous worlds, travelling with them through astonishing journeys, and seeing their stories reflected back onto the relevancy in own lives is why this incredibly accomplished team of theatre writers has worked so brilliantly together for the last 27 years.
